Tehran, April 19, IRNA – Iranian freestyle wrestling genius Hassan Yazdani who has won the gold medal in the Asian Wrestling Championship in Almaty, Kazakstan, presented his medal to the bereaved families who have lost a cherished member to the coronavirus.
Yazdani won the gold medal in the 86kg weight category in the 34th edition of the Asian Championships on Sunday. He defeated all his rivals 10-0.
Iran won 179 points and became the champion of the Asian Freestyle Wrestling Championship 2021 with three gold, three silver, and two bronze medals.
